Manage Membership
Everything about your Maya Slim VIP membership — what it costs, when you are billed, and how to cancel.
What the membership is
Maya Slim VIP is optional. You only join if you add the Maya Slim VIP Membership to your cart and tick the consent box before checkout. $49.99 is charged when you join, then $49.99 every month on the same date, to the payment method used at checkout, until you cancel. Buying shoes on their own never enrolls you.
How to cancel
Email contact@mayaslim.com at any time and ask to cancel. Include your order number so we can find you. We confirm every cancellation by email — if you do not receive a confirmation within one business day, write to us again.
There is no notice period. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep your benefits until the end of the month you have already paid for.
What members get
- Members-only pricing and early access to every drop
- Free shipping on every order, no minimum
