Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases from Maya Slim, a trade name of NEXUS PRO LLC, 117 S Lexington St, Ste 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of marks and odors, and returned in their original packaging with any tags attached. Try them on indoors on a clean surface — soles showing outdoor wear cannot be accepted.
How to start a return
Email contact@mayaslim.com or call +1 208-803-0478 with your order number and the item concerned. We reply with instructions and the return address. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be processed or refunded.
Return shipping
Return shipping is at your expense unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered — in those cases we pay. Use a tracked service: until the parcel reaches us it remains your responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return we email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are not refunded except where the return is our fault.
Exchanges
The fastest way to change size or color is to return the item for a refund and place a new order, so you are not waiting on stock.
Items we cannot accept
- Worn, washed or damaged items
- Items returned without original packaging
- Gift cards
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping, at no cost to you.
Order cancellation
If your order has not yet been shipped, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once shipped, the return process above applies.
Maya Slim VIP membership
Maya Slim VIP is optional. You only join if you add the Maya Slim VIP Membership to your cart and tick the consent box before checkout. Buying products on their own never enrolls you. If you join, $49.99 is charged when you join and then every month until you cancel. To cancel, email contact@mayaslim.com or call +1 208-803-0478. Membership fees already billed are not refundable, but cancelling stops all future charges immediately.
